 In 1999, the commissioning of the extension section of an integrated plant complex for the production of Formaldehyde, Hexamethylenetetramine and Urea-Formaldehyde-Precondensate in Egypt took place successfully and on schedule.Subsequent to the realization of the first plant section for the production of Formaldehyde and Hexamethylenetetramine in 1997 by MEISSNER, the customer Heliopolis Co. for Chemical Industries in Heliopolis/Cairo decided to extend the plant complex by an additional MEISSNER plant for the production of Urea-Formaldehyde-Precondensate.
The integrated plant is characterized by its extreme flexibility with regard to parallel or alternative production of the individual products, which helps to adjust the production capacity to the market requirements. |
